Archive
Archive shows all of your broadcaster’s posts in one searchable overview, regardless of their status. See Roles and permissions for who can open this page.
View: grid or list
In the top right, choose between grid and list view. This choice is remembered both directly in your browser (for this session) and on your account (for future logins).
Search
Above the results is a search box that searches the entire archive by title and post text (not just the title, unlike the title filter in the sidebar next to it). Type a search term and click “Zoeken” (Search); each result shows the title, a text excerpt, category, author, and whether the post is published. “Wis zoekopdracht” (Clear search) takes you back to the normal, filtered archive list.
An active search combines with the filters in the sidebar (category, keywords, period, and status). Check the “Deleted” status filter, for example, before searching to search only within deleted posts; if you select multiple keywords, a post must have all of them (same rule as when filtering without a search).
Search never shows posts that haven’t been finished and approved yet (“drafts”) — not even your own drafts. This is the same behavior as the normal, filtered archive list.
Filters
In the sidebar you can filter by:
- Title — free text.
- Category.
- Keywords — one or more, with a counter showing how many are active.
- Period — publication from/to.
- Status — Published, Scheduled, Deleted (see note below).
A badge above the filters shows how many are active; “Filters wissen” (Clear filters) resets everything at once.
If you select multiple keywords at once, a post must have all of them to show up (not just one of the selected keywords). Select fewer keywords to broaden your search.
Status filters all three values the same way, based on the post’s publication status: “Published” shows posts that have actually been sent out, “Scheduled” shows posts whose publication date is still in the future (not yet automatically published), and “Deleted” shows posts that have been (soft-)deleted. By default (no status filter checked) you see the normal active posts.
Viewing a post
Clicking a post (from either the grid or list view, or from the Dashboard) opens a read-only view with the title, content, and media — not the post editor. To edit the post, do so via the regular posts list, not from Archive.
A post you see in the list via the “Deleted” status filter opens the same way as any other post: clicking it shows the normal read-only view with the title, content, and media.
