This overview shows which Newsroom features are currently enabled for your broadcaster, and which ones you could add.

Roles and permissions

This page is only visible to users with the Settings role (see Managing users) — without that role, Newsroom shows a “No access” message instead of the feature overview.

Viewing features

Each feature is shown as its own card, with a name and short description.

• Features already enabled for your broadcaster are listed under “Included in your plan”, with an Included badge.
• Features your broadcaster doesn’t have yet are listed under “Also available”, with a Not included badge and a Request access button. Clicking it opens your email client with a ready-made message to DotInk, with the feature name and your broadcaster name already filled in — you only need to send it.

For example, the card for the Newsroom Connect feature shows the description “Enables seamless content exchange between tenants and external sources.” — if that feature isn’t enabled yet, it also has a Request access button.
